Hi Jerry and Carol,
We were not intentionally downloading any fixes. It came up automatically and we
said no 5 times, but it finally just downloaded itself. Then, said to reboot system.
We did and we have nothing on the desktop. I can access the desktop through another
computer on the network however.
Carol, we tried your suggestion, but scanreg/restore says bad command. And we can
get into run, but don't know what you mean by repair IE. HELP!!
Thank you
Marilyn
