Try this Kim, and if there are two of the files listed in the C:\Windows\System folder, 
just rename one of them.

Select START, move to 'Find' and then click 'Files or Folders'. On the 'Named:' line 
enter BIOS.VXD, be sure the 'Look in:' line reads your C: drive and press 
enter. The correct file should be 30kb in size and have a date of 4/23/99. If there 
is two of the files in this folder, right click one of them and select 'Rename'. 
Name it something you'll remember like BIOS.KIM. Close the 'Find' box and 
try the installation again.
