Most of the file and registry cleaners (eg Easy Cleaner, Regclean, Microsoft Registry Cleaner) have an automatic backup facility that saves the files you delete so you can later restore the files if problems occur. Check the help files and website for the cleaning program you used to see if your cleaner has this facility and how to reinstall deleted files.
