well suzette the question is are you running w98 if so and d drive is a harddrive go to your system icon in device manager and check what you have installed .you can click on every piece of hardware and go to properties and see what is what if it cant be found it has to be reinstalled , if you have the internet you can find most drivers in a search for them on your search program of your choice , be patient and dont just use any driver be sure its compatable. if you have too much trouble get someone to download a reboot disk from a w98 cd and use that for diagnostic purposes. hope i helped !!!!
