Your problem may have been addressed in the installation instructions for the driver.
Sometimes the older video cards use drivers that were designed for win95. So, the
prompt for the "Mach64 for Win95 disc" maybe irrelevant. If it is prompting you for
a disc, and you only have one, then you maybe missing a disc. Or, the files may have
been extracted into two seperate locations on your computer. It all depends on what
version, and where the drivers originated. To figure out the details for installing
the drivers, reference the readme.txt or setup document that came with the drivers.
If neither of the files exist, or you can not find them, then follow the instructions
below.
1.) Download the most recent drivers for your video card.
2.) Read the instructions and the FAQ that comes with the drivers (look on webpage,
or in the unpacked file)
3.) Uninstall\Remove your existing video card drivers
4.) Install the "Standard PCI Graphics Adaptor" driver
5.) Restart the PC and install the new drivers.
Hopefully, this will fix your problem.
