If you're being asked to verify a previous version...........

* 1. Open Notepad and type some random characters, then save it as Win.cn_. 
Now copy this file to a bootable floppy. When requested for the verification media, 
insert the disk and point to your floppy drive (A:).

* 2. Open Notepad and type some random characters, save it as win386.exe. 
Put this file in the root folder of your C: drive after you've formatted the drive 
and before the Upgrade installation.

* 3. After you have formatted the drive and before the Upgrade installation, obtain 
a C:\> prompt and then type MD C:\NTLDR and press enter.

You only need to use one of the above options.
