It's probably just time to replace the floppy drive. You should be about to get
on off the web for like $8 + s&h. My machine was crashing everytime I tried to write
to my floppy. It stopped when I put a new one in. It's not hard to do. There are
no drives you need to install for a floppy, and the connetors are idoit proofed.
