Thank you so so much for the help this page has provided. I have had all the above mentioned problems for 6 months or more and have been trying all sorts of things including a complete reinstall (unfortunately that included real one). This morning I got my wife to remove the real directory and the start up reference to tkbellexe in the msconfig and voila all problems solved. I am so happy I could roger everyone of you!!!
