Office Outlook Will Not Open! Friday, June 13, 2003 at 6:14 am Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by brunner (3 messages posted) I use Win98SE, IE6, OE6. After installing Office2000 I find that the only component that will not open is Microsoft Outlook. A box appears with the message "Outlook caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL 32.dll at 0167:bff7c854" A following box declares "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." I have no system administrator, nor do I have an Office2000 CD. Is there a simple solution, I wonder?
