Sounds like a problem on your ISP's end or it could be that you need updated modem drivers. Is the modem internal or external? If it is external, what do you use to connect your modem to your computer? It could also be that your network card, if you're using that needs updated drivers as well. Try www.modemdrivers.com Please reply with more specifics. Thank you.
