They are talking about "Start, Run". If you unzippedthe Tray.exe to the desktop, you would go to "Start" then "Run" and type: "C:\Windows\Desktop\Tray.exe" (then a space) (then the name of the program you want including it's path) (then a space) (then if you want, an icon file) (then press enter).
