Okay, I installed it to see what you are talking about.
They are talking about "Start, Run". If you unzippedthe
Tray.exe to the desktop, you would go to "Start"
then "Run" and type: "C:\Windows\Desktop\Tray.exe"
(then a space) (then the name of the program you
want including it's path) (then a space) (then if you
want, an icon file) (then press enter).
