You need your video adapter driver. If it is onboard try the disc that came with your system/motherboard, or check the motherboard manufacturers website. If it is an add on card, and you don't have a disc, you'll need to know what card it is in order to find the driver. "sis 300/200" is generic and refers to the chipset.. take out the card and look for name/model or find the FCC number on it and look it up at -->http://www.fcc.gov/oet/fccid/
