Dear Friends,
Thanks for your notes. Unfortunately, whilst pressing down the control key during
re-boot in order to enter safe mode something strange happened. The screen entered
DOS mode and a message came up saying “Unable to open Windows. Cannot find win.com”
Switching the computer off and on again gives the same message. Any ideas please?
