I phoned the number and started with asking them about the charges because they state in that link : 'NOTE: In special cases, charges that are ordinarily incurred for support calls may be canceled if a Microsoft Support Professional determines that a specific update will resolve your problem. The usual support costs will apply to additional support questions and issues that do not qualify for the specific update in question.' I received an answer they wouldn't charge anything. Asked my name, address, windows version and an e-mail address. The person on the other end of the line supplied me with a case number (in case the e-mail didn't arrive). That was it. I found the link to the SJORDAN site now. Downloaded the file and will scan it for possible viruses. I hope my problem will be resolved and that maybe this posting will solve the same problem for others. Thanks to everyone who cooperated by posting a reply, they were of enormous help. Keep up the good work (we need that with the Windows products).
