Windows is far from perfect. I try to help people if I can. I have very few problems with my machines. No major ones at all. I have tweaked so much that I don't even remember them all. So you aren't the only person who tunes up Windows. I hardly ever have to go into the Windows folder. I doubt I could get there with the keyboard as I am too stupid.
