Lets see if I have this correct Harold? You start Internet Explorer and "My opening
sequence stalls". This must mean that IE quits responding, or freezes. You press
CAD and the message reads, "your details are not responding".

Try repairing Internet Explorer........

Select Start/Run, type MSINFO32 in the 'Open' box and press enter. From the
'TOOLS' menu select 'Internet Explorer Repair Tool'. Then from the next menu select
the repair option.
