Removing Programs from Control Panel's Add/Remove Programs Section If you uninstalled a program by deleting the files, it may still show up in the Add/Remove programs list in the Control Panel. In order to remove it from the list. 1.Open RegEdit 2.Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall 3.Delete any programs here. If you have a problem locating the desired program open each key and view the DisplayName value
