re: Question about 'Why don't items in my Quick Launch remember their position?'

I have a partial work-around. I have about 20 shortcuts in my Quick launch folder.
Now I use some of these links very frequently and others less so. So I created a
new folder within the Quick launch directory and put the less-frequently used links
there.
I then numbered the remaining dozen or so shortcuts. I didn't number the items I
wanted to be first displayed along the taskbar and the remaining numbered links remain
in their numerical order shortcut on the taskbar. I noticed that the un-numbered
links still didn't remember their order but as it is only 4 shortcuts I can live
with that.
Cheers
Richard

Rename the Shortcuts, placing a number in front of them.
