LOL, do you work for Microsoft?!? Please, if you wish to offer sound advice, act
as if you're able to put down your thoughts on paper. Your "advice" has absolutely
no logic to it, in fact you have the user spending more time on playing with the
NIC card then with the video card. You simply could have advised the user to put
in a new video card. Bottom line is that the problems he had in no way indicated
a NIC card issue, video is the problem here.
