I am unable to reach anyone by telephone or by email at weatherbug. I have called several times and ONLY get voice mail. Is this company a sleaze bag company or what? I question why you can't get to a live person. I uninstalled successfully the weatherbug program because the spam and popups was horrible. However, the SPAM continues. I have even gotten an answer back that support would contact me in so many hours, I got an email telling me I was off of the "solicitation" email..... HOWEVER, the annoying emails continue. How do I and where do I register a complaint with legal and federal authorities about this company being a royal pain and not responding?
