As long as it says "IRQ holder" or something similar like "IRQ Steering" then the
system's fine and there'd be no need to start re-configuring the IRQ settings.
There is however some conflict going on between this and another application. In
the Device
Manager, left click on Computers, View Resources and check to see if the I.O. values
overlap between the sound card and another device. Also in the BIOS did you disable
the on board or on chip sound(if that's indicated)?
