As soon as I installed Verizon DSL with MSN on my machine, "Matcli" started appearing.
Verizon techies tell me that Verizon does not put spybot on its installation CD.
The techies said that if Verizon did this, most firewalls would notify owners and
block it and this would cause an uproar. What to do to eliminate Matcli?
