I had the same thing. Here's what I did:
I ran a search on "my computer" for "matcli" and found where it was coming from in
my case. It was an executable in Program Files/Hewlet Packard. So I went into add
remove programs to see what HP products I had installed and noticed that one of them
was something called "direct support." I uninstalled that and problem solved. You
could use the same method to figure out where it's coming from on your PC.
