I deleted Matcli which I had never had until I installed Verizon DSL. Shortly after
deleting Matcli from my system, I downloaded the latest Verizon DSL CD, and Matcli
reappeared. I went into file search of the Verizon DSL installation disk and found
that Matcli is part of the Verizon support file in two locations. If I delete it,
I have problems with Verizon DSL. So go figure. MJ
