had the same problem, i couldnt find anyone who knew how to solve it and i tried
for 4 months talking to computer gurus and going to computer help chat rooms. finally
i ran across this site, and i did exactly what they told me to do, and it worked
you said your computer frozed when you tried it, i thought mine was about to do the
same because windows loaded and than stop, but i waited for a few minutes and ut
reloaded again and their advised worked like a charm.
