missing file Thursday, November 13, 2003 at 2:53 pm Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Bill Buff (8 messages posted) I am continuing to get the following error message. Does anyone know how to find "ipvnmon.vxd" or know how to delete the application associated with this automatic startup in Win98 O/S? I have looked in the "StartUp" directory and there is nothing trying to load on boot up. I have looked in the StartUp using "msconfig" and there is nothing selected.
