I am continuing to get the following error message. Does anyone know how to find "ipvnmon.vxd" or know how to delete the application associated with this automatic startup in Win98 O/S? I have looked in the "StartUp" directory and there is nothing trying to load on boot up. I have looked in the StartUp using "msconfig" and there is nothing selected. Still I get the error message: Can not find device file IPVNMon.vxd
