492 MB of free harddrive memory Friday, November 21, 2003 at 12:50 pm Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Help (3 messages posted) I have a compaq Presario, that is probably 5 years old. Its harddrive has 1.99 GB capacity. Most of the memory is used up, I only have 492 MB of free space. I dont know what is taking up my whole hard drive, how do I get rid of all the junk? HOw do I know what is not needed? what can I delete to get more memory? I dont want to buy another harddrive.
