This might be more useful advice. If you have multiple users on Win 95/98 and you
are creating a new account, it gives you the option to add the start menu or not.
Just uncheck the box. Once you enter the account, you'll see that the start menu
is gone (I'm not sure. I haven't used Win 98 in a few years.)
