The best thing you can do in the circumstances is to reinstall it. To do that, navigate to C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer. You'll find a file in there called ie5setup.exe. Choose the "Custom" installation and only checkmark Outlook Express. You're only other option is to install a different email client which you'll have to purchase if you don't want to use the freeware version. The latter will bombard you with adverts every time you launch it.
