All Dell System like Optiplexes or Dimension system are using Intel based motherboards.
Intel has a utility that allows Dell to change or customize the Dell Logo or which
was previously an Intel logo to their company's logo here's the website were you
could download this utility. If your system is a newer line of Dell system that has
a P4 or higher P3 processor on it then I suggest you use the "Splash Screen Utility"
for changing or customizing the BIOS splash screen.
