I can't get into win98 on my PC. After it asks me for my password, the first thing it tells me is: error loading explorer.exe you need to reistall windows when I click ok, it tell me: a required .dll file shlwapi.dll was not found I have tried using a boot up disk and I have tried to reinstall win 98 but it wount let me. could anyone please help. I dont want to fdisk, I need some info in my PC.
