Windows 98SE Crashes 5 Min After Booting Friday, December 19, 2003 at 2:07 pm Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Mickey (1 messages posted) My windows 98se crashes about 5 minutes after booting. I am able to do things nomally for the first 5 minutes and then it just freezes & form there nothing happens no mouse, nothing, not even Ctrl - Alt, Dlete works, it just freezes. I have tried wiating for an hour, Still Nothing, I have tried rebooting several times to get in and find a conflict but 5 minutes into looking it just freezes again and I have to turn it off at the switch. I also disconnected the mains overnight but it still continues to freeze 5 minutes after I reboot, regardless of what I have done. What I missed?
