Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum

It's problems like these that make me think about making the switch to apple. I
operate on windows 98 and now I've been hit with THIS:
ghoclkgd
GHOCLKGD caused an invalid page fault in
module KERNEL32.DLL at 0177:bff7a128.
Registers:

It pops up constantly. I've run scan disk 3 times. Symantecs Virus scan. Norton
system works. I've done just about everything and now I'm on the brink of turn my
computer into a planter. Please somebody tell me what to do. And tell me in
plain english and dont tell me to do a search for I already have done so. Not only
on this site but numerous others. And now my computer is running SLOW on downloads
and all this has pushed me to the brink of insanity. Please help by posting a response
