You have a Spyware infestation.
Download both AdAware from www.lavasoft.de and Spybot S&D from security.kolla.de.
They each have their strengths and weaknesses.
Install the programs, and then run their on-line updates before scanning your system.
When updating Spybot S&D, select a US mirror site. The default site has some problems.
You might also have a look at CWShredder. Use a Google search to find the site.
