Hi Carl,
Thanks for the thorough explanation. Who, me format...lol. I wouldn't know where
to start. I probably do have the updates that I need, but printed out your reply
for future reference. I hope that if the Update CD becomes available you will let
us know. I have gone to the site and let it scan
my computer then downloaded, but , after reading
posts from others, I'm always worried that my little laptop will crash someday and
have to go in to
the shop. Thanks for your help and best wishes for
the holidays. :o) Helen
