I was also having severe problems with kernel32.DLL, i thried all the possible solutions
listed on this page but none worked, in fact it made it worse, to the point where
i couldnt even get windows to start. So i done a full restore and then downloaded
IE6 (was using IE4) and the problem is completely cured, i have visited sites which
previously caused my PC to crash and show the error message, but since loading on
IE6, the problem has not arose in 3 weeks. (I'm using windows 98)
