I just uninstalled it through add/remove programs, seems to do the trick. THe other
thing I've found useful is to turn off the printer and close the monitor in the taskbar,
as well as the digital camera 'launcher' runnng there as well. Otherwise the machine
does not shut down nicely always. Been fairly stable. Not bad for a via chipset
and an amd processor, lol.
