Error Starting Program(s) Monday, December 29, 2003 at 2:56 pm Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Hussein Maxos (2 messages posted) Error Starting Program(s) "A required .DLL file, AVIFIL32.DLL, was not found." Many graphics and multimedia programs don't start, even after reinstalling them. Still, this .dll file is found in the windows system directory, but windows does not allow deleting it. Please help.
