Hi all! I'm hoping someone can let me know the best way to save/transfer my father's Outlook email messages and address book contents (it's the full version from Office 2000, not 'Express')... He's currently running Windows 98, and I'm having a friend install a new hard drive for him (ditching the puny old one), then he's going to have Windows 98 installed again (and possibly with XP Pro as a dual boot to see if the rather slow computer can handle it)... What I would like to know is exactly what files need to be saved and transfered to the new HD that will allow my Dad to keep ALL of his current and past email messages (sent and received), AND his address book contacts, and how to load them back into Outlook once the new HD has Windows 98 on it. (It's important that nothing goes missing, as his business contacts are all on there... : /) I would appreciate your input. Thanks in advance! : )
