I have a question about Connect to a Windows XP or 2000 system with a Windows 95, 98, or Me system over a Network:

ok trying to follow the intructions to network a win98 to a xp. it says to make the user names on the xp the same as the win98. does that mean i have to setup new user access on the winxp? right now i have no signon to the xp, and two on the win98. why complicate the xp? what if i dont want multiple users on the xp?
