Hi, thanks for the quick responses. I checked control panel>>add/remove programs, but the ISP is not on the list for some reason. I thought it wouldn't work to just delete it out of programs, but I'll go that route. I will also, try to directly remove the unused account from Outlook. The last time I tried, it asked for a password, which I didn't remember. I've heard it's difficult to retrieve passwords from the hard drive. Thanks again!
