computer will not boot Tuesday, December 30, 2003 at 8:39 pm Windows 98 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by eldon (1 messages posted) I turn on the computer and will momentarily get the 98 windows screen and then it goes right to "it is now safe to turn off your computer". I can get into dos with a boot disk and look at the windows files, but where do I start?
