So I tried the command prompt thing you gave me and I don't have an explorer file
there. I do have Norton for an anti-virus program.
Maybe I should mention that a little more than a year ago, my computer had a virus
and so we had to reinstall everything. But now, all my files basically run from windows.000
rather than just windows. But the windows folder still exists. Do I need to do anything
with the old windows folder?
