Download to and run from your desktop - CW-Shredder, it looks for the CoolWebSearch or one of its variants. Next download and run after you update it - SpyBot, it looks for any spy/adware on your system. Then get a free virus scan here - Panda ActiveScan-VirusCheck. See what you find and post back if you still have a problem.
