This is your Norton Clean Sweep program. If you intententionally uninstalled Norton
Clean Sweep using Uninstall from "Add/Remove Programs" in Control Panel or using
the "Uninstall Clean Sweep" program, chances are something was missed during the
uninstall. If you did not intentionally uninstall Clean Sweep, then re-install.
So you can uninstall in 2 ways:
1. Reinstall using " Add/Remove Programs", and then uninstall again using " Add/Remove
Programs". If that solves the problem - great.
If Not:
2. Manual Uninstall:
Go to Symantec Home Page
Click on Norton Systems Works (Your Version)
Click on Clean Sweep
Type in CSHOOK.VXD
The instructions are clearly printed to uninstall
Clean Sweep.
Good Luck
