Next boot saw no icons and quick flash task bar. Unfortunately, the inserted CD is not recognized and A: is asked for even when it's disabled as a boot option. Ironically, I'd just downloaded NAV's latest signature files and done a complete system scan. Anxiously awaiting the fix.
