I was having these problems while trying to get the Netgear WG511 to work on an old
Sony Laptop. I finally got it to work by copying a newer version of ndis.vxd into
C:\Windows\System. I used the Windows ME version, but I'm guessing that Windows
98 SE would also work. I haven't run into any problems yet.
