Hey, not sure if you figured this out yet, but if you start up in safe mode and go to windows folder you'll find the VSDATA95 file there, you can then delete it in safe mode. I think it's in the windows folder or the system subfolder. It completely fixed my computer once I got the file deleted. Now the only problem is i get "file missing" when I try to load windows. But everything seems to work fine.
