I too, had "matcli"on the taskbar;it was downloaded when I installed Telus' "e-care"
for ADSL. After consulting this site, I phoned Telus and they actually admitted they
install spyware! For me it was put on C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\conagent.exe Thanks for
the heads-up on this and how to delete (must uninstall the entire e-care program)
otherwise it keeps loading every start-up.
