Can I remove it completely? Even with the MenuDelay registry entry set to zero, and all file types removed with TweakUI, the menu "sticks" (takes 3 to 5 seconds to open only to show two options, "shortcut" and "folder"). It's annoying because it's above "Properties" which is a menu I access fairly often. If I can't remove it completely, can I possibly reorder that menu so that "Properites" is above it? Thanks.
